My personal training philosophy starts with developing a Personal Relationship. Every client has different personal fitness needs and goals. Whether you're stepping in the gym for the first time or a serious athlete, i develop a unique fitness program for you! Every personal training client starts with a fitness assessment to determine your level. This assessment is followed by a goal setting consultation and accountability program. Personal training sessions are booked around your schedule in 45 minute to 1 hour sessions.

Sessions are tailored to your unique patterns, lifestyle, and goals, using a blend of therapeutic modalities such as myofascial release, soft tissue manipulation, instrument-assisted/Graston, cupping etc. This integrative approach helps reduce tension, improve mobility, and support long‑term recovery.
