About Me

How did you get started in the health and wellness space?

My passion for health and wellness started in the Army when I was selected to be the lead physical fitness instructor for my unit in 2002. My passion continues to grow as I strive to help people become the best versions of themselves through fitness, prehabilitation or medical wellness.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a health and wellness coach?

Anyone can go get a certification. A real health and wellness professional's best attributes are empathy/compassion combined with knowledge. Don't judge someone on the multiple certifications that he/she might have. Granted, I also have a several certifications; however, I actually care about each and every one of my clients and will put their needs above any sort of monetary gain.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

Initial consultations with potential clients involves a review of your medical history, a physical assessment of movement, pain issues, fitness/weight loss goals. After considering these aspects of the client's life, a personalized treatment plan (along with pricing) will then be constructed. Progress notes will also be drafted throughout the treatment plan.
